	Birch "water" is a product originating long time ago in Finland. It's produced by an old recipe from northern Finland, from birch trees that grew in mineral rich regions near the polar circle. Contains high pH. Contains minerals such as Kalium, Natrium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Chrom, Copper, Zinc, Iron, Manganese and Selenium. Ingredints: Water, birch liquid and citric acid (pH regulator). Recommended dosage: One table spoon ( 15 ml ) 2-3 times a day in glass of water or juice. Aditional information: 15ml of birch water equals 2,9g of dry birch bark.
