All of the programs are PRIVATE – meaning just for you, your family or group. No other guests.
Between our Overnight Husky Adventure (1 night and 2 days of adventures), the Wilderness Overnight Adventure (1 night in a wilderness cabin and 2 days of dog sledding in the wilderness) and the Winter Outdoor Adventure Holiday (6 nights and seven days) we have prepared the following adventure stays for those of you who have less time but without missing out on an adventure packed few days with our huskies and the beautiful northern nature!
All of these packages combine several of the following activities, you can let us know which ones do you prefer and we can tailor make the stay just for you.
All the programs are all-inclusive (you just need to buy your flight, train or bus ticket or come by car).
Activities to choose from and combine:
• Meet our husky pack, kennel tour
• Guided dogsled tour - drive your own team of huskies (thorough instructions included!)
• Guided snowshoe trip with the huskies
• Snowshoes to use during your entire stay to explore the winter wonderland on your own
• Ice fishing and campfire in the woods (guided tour)
• Ice fishing on your own (we can provide equipment)
• Special Northern Lights dogsled tour (to enjoy a dog sled ride in a slightly different way, as a passenger)
• Guided wilderness dogsled tour – a full day of dogmushing with lunch made out in the wilderness Overnight guided dogsled tour with a night out in a wilderness cabin
• Spa at a luxury mountain hotel (sauna, pool) with or without massage
• Horse sleigh ride
• Cheese tasting evening
• Herbal Workshop (make your own skin care/salves, Herb Tea making or other topic – let us know and we can send you more options)
• 3 course dinner of local specialities at a luxury mountain hotel
PLEASE NOTE: Some activities are possible only at specific times during the winter (eg. Northern lights tour is available only Dec-Feb, etc.)
The Overnight Dogsled Tour is available only for the 3 night and 4 night packages.

- CALL OF THE WILD -
3 NIGHTS, 4 DAYS
Price estimate: 8 000-10 500 SEK/adult
- NORTHERN EXPOSURE -
4 NIGHTS, 5 DAYS
Price estimate: 10 000-14 000 SEK/adult
Prices vary based on the activities chosen, these are just general estimates.
Children up to 12 years: 50% of adult price.
All of the packages include:
• All the chosen adventures
(guided snowshoeing, dogsled tours, ice fishing, etc. )
• Snowshoes, fishing equipment
• Breakfasts, lunches, dinners (unless arranged otherwise)
(alcohol and between meal snacks are not included)
• Spa and 3-course luxury dinner at a mountain hotel (if a part of a package)
• Pick up and drop off in Strömsund or Östersund (if required)
Catering:
Home cooked locally sourced foods and local specialties (wild and sami inspired) are included in all programs – unless you wish to arrange it differently with for example your own breakfasts and dinners. All our tours include a meal (usually lunch)
Accommodation:
In our cozy 15m2 rustic log cabin, or guest room. Let us know your preference and we will let you know about availability for your chosen dates.

When you have chosen the type of package and the preferred activities, send us your inquiry and we will send you a possible itinerary for your stay, plus a price calculation.
How to get here:
We are located 2 hour drive by car from Östersund, 40 minute drive from Strömsund and about 4 hour drive from Trondheim in Norway.
The most common way our guests travel to us is by plane to Östersund with a pick up and drop off by us. You can also fly to Trondheim in Norway or Stockholm, rent a car and drive here.
You can also opt for flying to Stockholm and taking an intercity train to Östersund with a pick up and drop off by us.
Travelling by car while combining a program at Nordic Husky Farm with other activities along the way or in the area is another favorite travel for our guests.
